Return & Refund Policy

• Instruments that have not been used are and still in its original packaging can be returned within a week after delivery for a full refund less 10% restocking fee (non-opened instrument). 

• Instruments that have been opened can be returned within 2 weeks after delivery for a full refund less 20% restocking fee (opened instrument).

All instruments that are returned will undergo an inspection by Imbotec to determine if the item being returned is in sellable condition.  If deemed damaged or unsellable, costs associated with repairs and replacement parts will be the responsibility of the purchaser, not Imbotec Group.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned instrument has been received and inspected by Imbotec.

Other returns are not accepted unless it is agreed upon by both the seller and the buyer.

All returns require an RMA number before you send it in. To obtain one, please give us a call.
