The Delmhorst BD-2100 Building Envelope moisture meter is great for measuring moisture in a variety of different building materials, including wood, concrete, drywall, EIFS, roofing, insulation, and flooring. The Delmhorst BD-2100 has a digital display, an adjustable alarm, and Delmhorst’s exclusive calibrated drywall scale.
Building Envelopes require tight controls on moisture variations within the envelope. Moisture measurements of building envelopes can be accomplished with specialized moisture meters designed with building envelopes in mind. The Building Envelope moisture meter Delmhorst BD-2100 measures wood moisture content over the range of 6–40%. Reference scale provides relative moisture readings in non-wood materials, such as concrete, plaster and insulation. The gypsum scale for sheetrock reads 0.2–50% moisture.
