Overview of Bar Coater:

The CA-21461 bar applicator is a new generation of technology over the traditional wire bar, ideal for the application of inks and coatings onto flexible materials such as paper, card, textiles, leather, automatic film applicator etc.

The wet film thickness applied is measured by obtaining the area of the groove between the coils of the bar. The minimum thickness can reach up to 6 µm.
