Overview of Finna Group Smart III 910sT:
The Finna Smart III 910sT NIR Moisture Sensor is a industrial moisture analyzer. Moisture results are continuous, instantaneous and non-destructive. Numerous process outputs are available to provide automatic moisture control and data logging. This Sensor provides an On-Line analysis on Moving Webs, Flat Conveyor Belts, Screw Conveyors, or for lab use.
The 910sT includes both the Touch Screen Console and the NIR (Near Infra Red) Sensor. The Console displays the moisture content with an accuracy of +/- 0.02% to 0.2% depending on the material and moisture range. It also has programmable smoothing for accurate readings and can export data with one hour On-screen moisture chart.
The NIR (Near Infra red) Sensor is a non-destructive moisture sensor with a range of 0-60%. This sensor filters out reflected energy from samples which reduces ambient light and color considerations. It has an auto-ranging feature which is used to adjust the NIR Sensor output for an optimum level of reliable processing. The sensor has no lens or mirror to align, just point and go.
